FAQs

An onboarding session does 4 things
1. Gives us a chance to see how you move and what we need to consider, so you can get the best results possible.
2. Gives you a chance to see what the gym is like and who we are as coaches.3. Introduces you to the fundamental movements we use in class. Getting you comfortable with them before you even begin.
4. Whether you sign up or not, we want to help. Do you have a question about health and fitness? Pick our brain and let us help guide you to a solution that works.

We like to break our onboarding process into upper body and lower body.
We are detail orientated. That means we want to see how you move across all planes of motion and dive into anything we find. It is also a chance to get to know you and what you specifically need help with.
Each onboarding session runs for 1hr and costs $50 -
Yes and no. Ideally we would like to see how you move in our onboarding session before beginning group classes.
But if you have prior training experience and know your way around a barbell. Contact us and we can go from there.
-
We structure our classes with progressions and regressions in mind.
That way we can accommodate multiple fitness levels within a class and have each person training to their ability.
So beginners and all fitness levels are more than welcome in every class we offer.

We want to build strong and flexible people. To make that happen we focus on two things.
Use the best tool for the job.
Build Movements.
This means we aren't rigid in our approach and use everything from barbells to body weight training.
We also focus on developing movements like squatting, pulling, hinging and are not rigid with specific exercises.
In a class you can expect to see the classics that bring big results. But you will also get the details that make them work even better.
-
To ensure the highest level of coaching we can give for each class. The attendance limit is set to 12 people.
This means we are able to give each person instruction specific to what they need to get the most out of each session.
-
"Go easy on what we need to and always push the limits of what we can."
We are always in a state of flux. A program that can't adapt to injuries or stresses of life. Isn't sustainable and not worth following.
So yes, if you have a current injury that needs rehabbing or a health issue to consider. We work to accommodate that, so you can still show up and see progress.
-

If your situation changes and we are no longer a good fit for you. Locking you into a contract does not help you.
