To us, coaching isn’t just a job; it’s our passion and privilege.

What is Individualised small group PT?

Group classes are great — but not when they ignore where you’re at.

At Workshop, our standard is group classes that feel like personal training.

How?

By constantly adjusting to your needs. That could mean swapping an exercise to suit injuries or health considerations, while still training the focus of the class.

Universal Principles. Individual application.

 FAQs

  • Simple, we care about your health and fitness.

If your situation changes and we are no longer a good fit for you. Locking you into a contract does not help you.

Therefore we make cancelling your membership easy and all we need is 7 days notice from when you would like your membership to end.

  • Yes you can, just send us an email in writing with 7 days notice.

We have an annual allowance of 6 weeks pauses with no charge.

After you have reached 6 weeks of pauses within a year, you will be charged a percentage of your membership.

  • Yes and no. Ideally we would like to see how you move in our onboarding session before beginning group classes.

But if you have prior training experience and know your way around a barbell. Contact us and we can go from there.

  • We structure our classes with progressions and regressions in mind.

That way we can accommodate multiple fitness levels within a class and have each person training to their ability.

So beginners and all fitness levels are more than welcome in every class we offer.

  • To ensure the highest level of coaching we can give for each class. The attendance limit is set to 12 people.

This means we are able to give each person instruction specific to what they need to get the most out of each session.

  • "Go easy on what we need to and always push the limits of what we can."

We are always in a state of flux. A program that can't adapt to injuries or stresses of life. Isn't sustainable and not worth following.

So yes, if you have a current injury that needs rehabbing or a health issue to consider. We work to accommodate that, so you can still show up and see progress.
